Having 12 years of experience in behavioral health nursing, Kim provides compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals struggling with mental health and substance use disorders. Her expertise includes crisis intervention, medication management, therapeutic communication, de-escalation techniques, and patient advocacy. Kim’s approach is centered around empathy, active listening, and completing assessments in order to deliver patient care that is not only individualized but geared towards the best possible outcome. She has worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, and prison settings for inmates.
Kim is dedicated to helping individuals achieve sobriety and improve their overall well-being. Along with clinical expertise, Kim’s personal life experiences have increased her overall compassion and drive to advocate for mental health and substance abuse awareness and treatment while reducing the stigma that surrounds it. As a Director of Nursing, Kim will oversee the care of individuals while ensuring high-quality care, staff development, and regulatory compliance. She is passionate about creating a supportive and therapeutic environment for patients and staff alike.

As a certified behavioral technician and individual in long-term recovery, Bria brings a
unique perspective and passion for her work. Having experienced homelessness and
struggles with addiction, Bria understands the challenges of mental health and substance
use disorders firsthand. With three years of experience in recovery and mental health facilities, Bria has honed her skills in:

- Recovery Coaching and support
- Mental health education and awareness
- Trauma-informed care
- Case Management and Advocacy
